Hey Friends!
I think I have mentioned a couple different times that I’m really not much on sweets. I can honestly say “no, thank you” when it comes to most desserts. Truth be told, I usually crave salty snacks more than anything else.
However, there is one sweet treat that I usually can’t pass up……chocolate chip cookies! I am a sucker for them….especially when they are warm and right out of the oven!
That’s probably why I LOVE this recipe that I am gonna share with you today! This Chocolate Chip Cheeseball is so yummy & SO ADDICTING…..
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Shape into ball, wrap in plastic wrap & chill for 1 hour. Roll in pecans before serving.
Enjoy!!

I love your recipe posts! Now that I’ve tried your strawberry cool & creamy pie, I am going to try your lemon bars this weekend for a concert picnic we are going to. YUM!
Yum!!! I make this recipe with Health Bar/Chocolate bits instead of chocolate chips and we use apples for dipping! So healthy! Ha! I’m glad you reminded me of this recipe. I need to make snacks for small group tomorrow night!
YUM! I am pinning this to my recipe board. Thanks for sharing!:)

Oh my word this looks amazing!
This looks so good! what do you serve it with? I do not recognize what you have in the picture with it. Any other suggestions, other than the apples that someone else suggested?
Thanks so much!!
Hi Cindy! We serve it with graham cracker sticks because they are easy for dipping, but you can use regular graham crackers too!
How far in advance can I make this?
