I wanted to take a minute to showcase a friend’s darling little nursery!
This is Mandy & she blogs at House of Rose. I have many blog friends, but Mandy is an actual friend (who also blogs) that I met at our church & is in our small group. We have become very close & I can’t tell you how much I value her friendship.
She revealed her new nursery & was rockin’
her 37 week belly in this picture!
Doesn’t she look amazing for 37 weeks!?!
I know she thinks otherwise, but I think she looks adorable!!
And this is her new handsome little man…Sloane Jeffrey Rose.
Sloane is one of three handsome Rose boys! Mandy is definitely going to be one busy little momma! She was trying to come up with some new & different for Sloane’s room.
After already doing 2 boy nurseries…you start to run out of ideas!
But, I must say…she out did herself on this one!
It turned out just beautiful!!
Come on in & take a look…
The mirror was a Craigslist find & she added the monogram to it!
LOVE!!
She hired someone to do the horizontal stripes on the wall &
I just adore the way it turned out!!
It really MAKES this nursery!!
I also love the pops of turquoise against the soothing gray palette.
BRILLIANT!!
This damask glider was a hand-me-down from her
middle son’s nursery!
It works perfectly in this room!!
The bedding & curtains were inspired by this fabric palette that she found on etsy.
She purchased the fabric she needed & hired a friend to make everything!
The elephant theme was inspired by this little elephant “Circa” that was purchased by a family member.
I love how she found fabric to incorporate this theme…
Here are just a few more pics for you to enjoy…
Can’t you just imagine rocking your baby to sleep in this nursery?!
Just Beautiful!
I don’t know about you…
but, I think Sloane is going to LOVE his new room!!
Where did your friend get her demask glider? I am looking for one very similar for my nursery.
The damask glider is from a website called poshtots!
thank you!
I know that someone professionally painted the stripes but do you happen to know what the color names are? I have been looking for a great grey but they all seem either too grey green, grey blue, grey purple. I just want a simple grey. Thanks!
