Am I the only one who feels like time is flying?!
I mentioned in my post yesterday that Parker has started full days of school this year & that I am slowly adjusting to having just one child at home with me throughout the day. I’ve noticed that I’m able to keep the house a lot cleaner since there is only one child destroying things as opposed to two! And since Parker is gone all day, his room stays nice & tidy! Imagine that?!
The bedding (quilt, shams & two throw pillows) was purchased through JcPenney’s online store. When I bought it, it was on clearance, so I am pretty certain that they don’t carry it anymore. 🙁 The curtain panels were bought at Target around the same time. I bought six curtain panels total, but only used 5 of them. The sixth panel was used to make another set of pillow shams for the bed. The baseball rug was purchased at Kohl’s.
I printed all of them in a sepia tone to kinda match the vintage style of the decor. I love the way they turned out! Even though these pictures are a couple years old, they are still one of my favorite parts of his room!

I love the room.
Especially the accessories.
The night stand couldn’t be cuter.
They all have a vintage look which is so neat.
Thanks Maryellen!
it looks adorable! so vintage and boy! love it.. 🙂
Thanks so much Cassie!
Tonya I am in LOVE with this room! I love the fact that you did a sports theme without going “over the top” with it. The idea you had for the bedding was so smart and not to mention my favorite part of the room. & I must agree it sure does scream BOY! Thanks for sharing this with us, I will have to keep this idea stored away for when I have kids!
Aww! Thanks so much Samantha!
Wonderful this room, I Love it¡¡¡ Some ideas: the grass of the Baseball field and a baseball cap. Congratulations… ¡¡¡
Thanks Wilma!!
I do not like the bed in front of the window,,,much better on the side,,,just sayin’
I am in love with this room, Tonya!! So very BOY and something that will grow with him, too!
We just did the big bedroom switcheroo in our house — my college age daughter no longer wanted to share a bathroom with the teenage boys, so she migrated to the guest room downstairs. Then of course, the boys wanted to move. Needless to say, I have quite a lot of painting, re-decoranging to do!
Enjoy this awesome space!

PS– the bed in front of the window is inspired. Just sayin’… 😉
Thanks so much Heidi! Sounds like you are gonna be busy…should be fun though!
Great room Tonya – I bet your little boy adores it! That baseball bat table is so clever…
And to Anonymous – if you’re going to leave an ugly comment, have the balls to show your profile, geez.
I love this room! It is the most perfect boy room ever!! I don’t have kidos yet, but this room is what I would picture for a little guy no question!!! Thanks for the inspiration!

Love every part of his room, Tonya! My favorite part is your mom’s pillow – just makes the room. And your bedside table – so neat.
I like the furniture placement too – makes it seems so cozy! 🙂
So cute, Tonya! I live the little table. Such a darling room!
Love, not live
Such a cute space for a little boy. I love it!
(And so clean, you are superwoman I can tell.)
😉
Just stopping by to say hi and that I read all your posts but most of the time can’t comment ’cause I’m feeding the Coopster.
P.S. I think I’m going a bit darker with my hair too. I’m scared!!!
I love your little man’s room, Tonya! I’m fairly new to your blog (and love it!!) so I enjoy reading older posts. My favorite part is the bedding…. although I love everything! I’m just in the process of getting rid of our little guy’s Thomas the Train theme and doing a different theme. I wish I could find that same material to make his bedding 🙂 Take care!
I adore this room!
It is perfect!
Would love if you stopped by to link this up to my party happening now!

what color is your wall paint? do you mind sharing?
I had this wall color color matched to a previous bedspread that was in the room, and I no longer have the paint can. I’m sorry. 🙁
Where can I get the blue and red baseball rug…?
Hi Nancy! There rug was purchased at Kohls. I’m not sure if you can still find it or not. I got it 3-4 years ago.
