1-2 packages of pre-made pie crust (2 per package)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine soups, chicken, veggies, & potatoes in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Line bottom of casserole dish with 2 pie crusts. The crust should come up the sides of the dish & will overlap some in the middle. Trim off any excess. Pour chicken mixture on top. Cover the chicken mixture with remaining pie crusts, pinching the bottom crusts & top crusts together on the sides. Cut slits into the top of the pie crusts before placing in the oven.
Bake 45-60 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown.
