Hey Friends!

I hope you all had a beautiful weekend!

This recipe that I am going to share with you today has been in our family for several years now. It’s a recipe that my mom got from a friend, and it has become one of our family’s favorite go-to desserts! We have called it “Baked Cheesecake” for as long as I can remember, but when I started researching it online just a week or so ago, I discovered that it actually as a different name. It’s called Sopapilla Cheesecake and it is DIVINE!

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate egg & place egg white aside. Combine cream cheese, vanilla, egg yolk, and sugar in a large bowl, mix well, and set aside.

So, not only is this dessert fantastic, but it’s also super easy to make!

I personally like it best when it’s warm & fresh out of the oven, but I’ve also been known to eat it cold days later.

Don’t tell anyone but I’ve actually been letting the boys eat it for breakfast for the past couple of days. It’s kinda like a cream cheese danish….which is totally acceptable for breakfast…..Right?!
