Happy Wednesday to all of you!!
How is your week going?
Mine has been good!
We celebrated my birthday last night & went out for dinner & did some shopping afterwards! I had birthday money to spend & got some really cute new additions to my wardrobe!
Thought about putting a blog post together to share my new stuff with you!
Would that be something you’d be interested in?!
I usually try to keep my posts all DIY, decorating, & craft related, but I thought I might mix it up a bit!
Anyway…..
Finally, got some pictures of my Christmas tree ready to share with all of you! And just in time to because tonight is the Christmas Tree Linky Party at Thrifty Decor Chick!
Come party with us & link up your beautiful tree!!
My tree for the last few years has been decorated in the same color scheme as my decor which if you’ve been following this blog for a while, you know that means a Blue Christmas for me!! 🙂
I’ve always decorated my tree to match my decor and I so far we’ve never had a
traditional red & green Christmas…

What about you?!

Are you traditional or you matchy matchy like me?!

I will tell you, sometimes I wish I did the red & green thing!
It would definitely make finding ornaments & Christmas decor more easy to do, but so far I’ve been doing well with my blues, creams, & browns so until I change the colors in my house again

I’m sure I will be rocking these ornaments for a while…..

Most of my ornaments are from Wal-mart, some are from Hobby Lobby, but none of them are very expensive. The little sparkly snowflake above comes in like a box of 20 for around $3.00! You can’t get a whole lot cheaper than that folks! And even though, they are cheap, they still standout

& make a statement on the tree year after year!

These blue glass ornaments were a bit of a splurge for me a couple years ago. I bought them at a little Christmas shop that specialized in ornaments & sorta fell in love.

I think I paid $3.00 a piece for them & because of that, I only have a total of six on the tree!

I think I’m pretty close to being done with all of my Christmas decor this year, but still putting a

few finishing touches here & there….

Now if only I could finish all of my shopping, so that I could really embrace the season!

One of these years, I am gonna be that lady that has all of her Christmas shopping done in like October!

I’m determined!

It seems like every year I am finishing up with my shopping a couple of days before Christmas & I just can’t stand the crowd or the stress that comes along with it!

Are any of you done with your Christmas shopping?!

Been done since October?!

If so, I envy you!!!

Thanks for stopping by to check out my tree!!
